Welcome!

I’m so glad you are here. Thank you for joining me in the Wild Nest - a space to reflect on healing, relationships, trauma and culture.

The Wild Nest

I’m Sarah Grosso - counsellor, anthropologist and writer.

I have been thinking about creating a Wild Nest for a while, inspired by years of moving across countries and between cultures, as well as many clients and students I’ve accompanied as they navigate their own moves to new nests.

What can you expect?

This Wild Nest is for us - a place to connect and reflect.

I will share what I have learned as a counsellor, anthropologist and fellow traveller moving between and researching different countries and cultures. You’ll find:

  • reflections on relationships, trauma and healing across cultures

  • insights from counselling and anthropology

  • resources I have enjoyed and think you might too

  • short practices to help you feel at home in yourself and in your relationships
